I do hope you love your order but I know things happen, and I want to make the return process as simple as possible!

RETURNS
Items can be returned for store credit only, no refunds
Returns must be received within 14 days of the date your package was delivered
Exchanges
To make this process as simple as possible. Request a return slip for the item that you have and once your return is accepted you can make a separate purchase for that item with the store credit you will receive. Due to limited inventory exchanges are not guaranteed. If the item is out of stock a store credit will still be issued. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. This will be deducted from your store credit.
All marked down items, sale items, intimate apparel, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE
Return items must remain unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Tags must still be attached (if arrived with tags). Must be free of odors, stains and pet hair.
Each item has been carefully looked over but if your item/s happen to be damaged or flawed please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order via email. Please include a picture of the defective item.
Shoes: Do not alter shoe boxes. Shoes and box must be in resalable condition. Shoe box must be encased in another box for shipping.
If an order needs to be changed or cancelled please contact me immediately. If your order is already out I am unable to make any changes.
If your item does not meet these conditions I cannot accept the return. In this case an item can be sent back for a $10 return fee.
Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects.
HOW TO RETURN

Email theblackcrownboutique@gmail.com or contact me through messenger and a return slip will be emailed to the address on file.
Be sure to include return slip provided and reason for the return
Please allow 7-10 days for return package transit. Once package is received store credit will be issued as an electronic gift card to the email address used at checkout.
Again, all return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit. We strongly encourage that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
